Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Bread Baker to join their team in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate baker to play a key role in producing exceptional breads and bakery products while contributing to a supportive, purpose-driven organisation.

Key Duties:
- Bake high-quality artisan breads and associated bakery products
- Ensure all products consistently meet quality standards
- Meet production deadlines efficiently
- Maintain outstanding hygiene, food safety, and equipment standards
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues
- Participate in performance reviews and ongoing professional development
- Carry out additional duties as required
- Experience working in an artisan or commercial bakery experience
- Strong baking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working with a wide range of people, including vulnerable adults
