As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering both cook-to-order breakfasts and buffet-style service, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality during busy morning periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to order, including full English and à la carte items.
• Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast buffets to a high standard.
• Ensure timely and efficient service during peak breakfast periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and prep planning.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong ability to manage both cook-to-order and buffet service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility for early starts.
• Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
