You will be working for a well-established and reputable national housebuilder with a strong pipeline of residential developments across the North West. The company is known for maintaining high standards on site and delivering quality new build homes.

Your new role
I am currently seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join an active residential site on a freelance basis. This is an immediate start role with a minimum duration of 4+ weeks.

Main duties will include:
Facework and blockwork on new build plotsWorking efficiently to site drawings and specificationsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentCollaborating with site teams to meet build targets

What you'll need to succeed
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience working on new build housing sites
Own tools and PPE
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to start immediately

What you'll get in return
Competitive pay rate of £32.50 per hour (Umbrella PAYE) - £1000 PW Take Home
Weekly pay
Opportunity for extension beyond the initial 4 weeks
Consistent work on a busy, well-managed site
