Broker Support Manager 
Location: Northampton (office-based – car driver required)
Salary: £DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

The Role
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team across live deals
  • Preparing and managing financial proposals and supporting documentation
  • Liaising with lenders and internal stakeholders to progress transactions
  • Processing pay-outs, producing reports, and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Supporting client communication where required
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Strong numerical ability and financial awareness
  • Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Clear and professional communication style
  • Must be a car driver due to office location
