Business Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong process improvement experience to support a Financial Services programme.
This will be a 6 month initial contract, requiring you to go onsite in London 2 days per week. This has been determined inside IR35.
Key focus:
- Identify pain points, risks, and inefficiencies across end‑to‑end processes
- Map and document processes across multiple teams
- Apply Lean / Six Sigma to design and co‑create future‑state processes
- Streamline workflows, improve controls, and support regulatory compliance
- Define scalable operating models, data management, and early improvements
- Produce clear analysis, recommendations, and delivery roadmaps
Requirements (mandatory):
- Senior BA experience in Financial Services
- Proven process improvement delivery
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
