An ambitious and high-performing secondary school in Brent is seeking to appoint a passionate and motivated Business & Economics Teacher to join their successful team from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers to join a forward-thinking school with high academic standards, excellent behaviour, and a strong commitment to staff development and student achievement.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging Business and Economics lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that support student progress
• Monitor attainment and provide effective feedback
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and ambitious department

Strong behaviour management skills are essential for this role.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Business and/or Economics at secondary level
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management
• Be committed to achieving strong outcomes for all students
• Be proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop professionally
