The Opportunity:
As a Business Development Executive you’ll play a key role in:
• Driving outbound activity across calls, LinkedIn and email campaigns to engage new prospects
• Turning warm leads and campaign engagement into meaningful commercial conversations
• Building strong relationships and confidently qualifying opportunities
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and keeping pipeline activity moving
• Working closely with leadership to support growth plans and commercial success
• Creating momentum through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up activity
Your work as a Business Development Executive will directly contribute to generating pipeline growth, increasing qualified meetings and supporting the wider commercial success of the business.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
• A genuine passion for sales, relationship building and commercial success
• Confidence communicating with people over the phone, email and LinkedIn
• A driven and resilient mindset with the motivation to achieve targets
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing CRM activity
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-led environment
• Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, recruitment or lead generation would be beneficial
