Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in cosmetic ingredients/personal care markets.
- Proven ability to introduce innovative technologies and maintain strategic accounts.
- MBA or equivalent and international sales experience are advantageous.
Responsibilities
You will define and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of innovative enzyme-based solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy across cosmetic and personal care markets.
- Identify and secure key customers and strategic accounts, ensuring revenue growth.
- Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop value propositions.
- Analyze market trends, gather intelligence, and shape business tactics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial success.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in early-stage environments.
- Expertise in market analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
