Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in cosmetic ingredients/personal care markets.
  • Proven ability to introduce innovative technologies and maintain strategic accounts.
  • MBA or equivalent and international sales experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities
You will define and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of innovative enzyme-based solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy across cosmetic and personal care markets.
  • Identify and secure key customers and strategic accounts, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop value propositions.
  • Analyze market trends, gather intelligence, and shape business tactics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial success.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in early-stage environments.
  • Expertise in market analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
