Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to UPS3.
Teach Now is recruiting for an ambitious and passionate Business & Economics Teacher to join a successful and high-achieving secondary academy in Enfield from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an exceptional ECT or an experienced teacher looking to develop within a highly supportive, academic, and forward-thinking school environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, teaching Business Studies with the opportunity to teach Economics at A-Level.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
• Teach or support Economics at A-Level
• Inspire students to achieve excellent academic outcomes
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Contribute positively to the wider school community
• Engage fully with CPD and departmental collaboration
The Ideal Candidate
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in Business and Economics
• Passionate about teaching and student achievement
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Reflective, driven, and committed to professional development
• ECTs and experienced teachers both encouraged to apply
