Looking for a Business Studies teaching role in a supportive secondary school environment?
Smile Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Solihull seeking a dedicated Business Teacher to join from September 2026. The successful candidate will teach Business Studies across KS3 and KS4.
This role would suit an experienced teacher, ECT, or a teacher returning to the classroom seeking a positive, flexible, and supportive working environment.
🏫 The Role
- Teach Business Studies across KS3–KS4
- Deliver engaging, real-world and inclusive lessons
- Support students’ understanding of enterprise, finance, and economics
- Maintain strong behaviour and classroom standards
- Work collaboratively within the wider Humanities/Business department
- QTS / QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Business Studies at KS3, KS4 and KS5
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Ability to make business concepts engaging and accessible
- Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
