We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role supporting administration, HR, sales, and workforce records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business
  • Managing employee timesheets and recording hours worked
  • Assisting with attendance records, holiday requests, and workforce administration
  • Maintaining employee records and supporting HR administration
  • Supporting the sales team with quotations, orders, and customer communications
  • Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence
  • Updating company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Preparing reports, documents, and business records
  • General office administration and filing duties
  • Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a general administration or business support role
  • Experience managing timesheets, attendance records, or workforce administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
