We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role supporting administration, HR, sales, and workforce records.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business
- Managing employee timesheets and recording hours worked
- Assisting with attendance records, holiday requests, and workforce administration
- Maintaining employee records and supporting HR administration
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, orders, and customer communications
- Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence
- Updating company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Preparing reports, documents, and business records
- General office administration and filing duties
- Supporting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a general administration or business support role
- Experience managing timesheets, attendance records, or workforce administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
