Our client is looking for an experienced is looking for a Customer Service Advisor

Knowledge of council tax and benefits would be an advantage Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm (30 minutes lunch)

You will have recent experience of providing information and advice to the public in a busy customer service environment, preferably telephone based, and is capable of handling a range of situations with tact, diplomacy and empathy.

You will have excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to converse with all types of people, a polite and courteous attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer care. You will also be able to work well under pressure with a minimum of supervision while ensuring consistency and accuracy, and be proficient in the use of software systems, with good keyboard skills.

Working Pattern 32.30 hours per week

Monday – Friday  9am – 4pm (30 minutes lunch)orough Council is looking for an enthusiastic and committed telephone advisor to join our Customer Services team to deal with enquiries coming into our contact centre, provide guidance and information, and process customer requests covering a variety of services on behalf of the Council and its partners.
