Job Purpose

To lead Business Support services for Education, including the Specialist Teaching and Psychology Services, ensuring efficient administration, high-quality data management, and effective coordination of resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line manage, supervise, and appraise Business Support staff.
  • Manage workloads and team rotas to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Oversee data management and quality assurance processes.
  • Support budget monitoring and resource management.
  • Coordinate work across services and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in line management and performance reviews.
  • Strong organisational and workload management skills.
  • Experience with data management and quality assurance.
  • Budget awareness or experience.
