Job Purpose
To lead Business Support services for Education, including the Specialist Teaching and Psychology Services, ensuring efficient administration, high-quality data management, and effective coordination of resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Line manage, supervise, and appraise Business Support staff.
- Manage workloads and team rotas to ensure effective service delivery.
- Oversee data management and quality assurance processes.
- Support budget monitoring and resource management.
- Coordinate work across services and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Experience in line management and performance reviews.
- Strong organisational and workload management skills.
- Experience with data management and quality assurance.
- Budget awareness or experience.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
