Business travel consultant

Business travel consultant  - Required to work for this global music travel specialist. They are looking for a business travel music background, ideally in touring. Sabre is preferred but they will cross train from galileo or Amadeus. Hybrid or homebased. salary between £35,000 and £48,000 plus 25 days holidays, private health care, life insurance, dental cover and paid overtime 

Business travel consultants duties
-Working with music clients both in the UK and USA, mainly booking their worldwide tours
-Complete end to end travel arrangements for clients including air, ground and hotel reservations, Must be comfortable in performing refunds, exchanges, and manging last minute changes
-Maintain full ownership of the clients file from the initial booking through to departure 
-Working in a fast paced environment responding to clients concerns with a sense or urgency
-Independently review the clients bookings checking for accuracy and quality 

Business travel consultants skills required 
-Minimum 3 to 5 years music, touring or entertainment experience
-Ideally sabre knowledge but they will cross train
-Extensive experience dealing with high end, high demand, travellers and VIP clientele
-Proven experience of domestic and worldwide travel
-Ideally experience of working with both UK and USA clients

Additional information
They would prefer someone to come into the office on a hybrid basis, the office is in central London, but they will look at someone homebased if they have all the skills required
-Standard hours 9am to 6pm, overtime is paid
