The Role
We’re looking for a Buyer to join our Supply Chain team - a key part of the business and the engine behind everything we do.
At Nationwide Hire Solutions, we don’t just supply equipment - we solve problems. And that starts with our ability to source the right kit, from the right supplier, at the right time.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing anything and everything our customers need to hire, working with our established supplier network to deliver fast, reliable solutions across the UK.
No two days are the same - one minute you could be securing a last-minute welfare unit, the next sourcing specialist equipment for a complex project.
You’ll be negotiating the best possible outcomes, placing orders, and making sure every job is fulfilled smoothly and efficiently.
In short… you keep everything moving.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within the construction hire industry (preferred)
- Background in sourcing / buying / procurement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple requests
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
