About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD / Revit Technician to support the production and coordination of technical drawings and models across a range of projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing accurate design documentation and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Produce detailed CAD drawings and Revit models in line with project requirements
- Assist in the preparation of planning, tender, and construction packages
- Coordinate drawing information with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Maintain and develop BIM standards and drawing protocols
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all technical documentation
- Support project teams to meet deadlines and programme milestones
Qualifications and skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential)
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience working within an architectural or design practice
- Good knowledge of BIM processes and standards
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
