CAD / Revit Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD / Revit Technician to support the production and coordination of technical drawings and models across a range of projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing accurate design documentation and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed CAD drawings and Revit models in line with project requirements
• Assist in the preparation of planning, tender, and construction packages
• Coordinate drawing information with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Maintain and develop BIM standards and drawing protocols
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all technical documentation
• Support project teams to meet deadlines and programme milestones

Qualifications and skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential)
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Experience working within an architectural or design practice
• Good knowledge of BIM processes and standards
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
