CAD technician

Responsibilities

• Produce and modify detailed 3D Revit models and 2D drawings.
• Interpret sketches, concepts, and technical specifications to produce accurate construction documentation.
• Provide support to Design and Senior Engineers to deliver to the correct quality standards.
• Carry out clash detection and resolve modelling issues.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, schedules, and submission packages.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma, HNC/HND, or degree in CAD Design, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• 2+ years of industry experience using Revit.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
