CAFM Transformation Director - Salary TBC; likely to be c£120k+
A large UK FM business (c£2b T/O) is consolidating it's national CAFM delivery service, from 4 current offerings to a new single provider.

The project will begin this year with 2028 earmarked for completion. They need someone to lead the team on the design, build, implementation through to steady state. CAFM knowledge is essential but they would prefer a senior transformation Director over someone with a pure IT background.
