An opportunity for a Candidate Consultant has arisen to join our award winning team in Stafforce Ports Humber Office. Our office offers a fun, lively and rewarding environment. This position will suit an ambitious experienced Candidate Consultant or from another profession who is wanting to take that next step in their career which offers a genuine progression opportunity, taking charge on an established Industrial client and a fantastic bonus scheme.

Job Purpose:
As a Candidate Consultant for Stafforce you will contribute to the growth of the operation; seeking new opportunities and working with our existing client to deliver exceptional service across the Humber area.

The role of a Candidate Consultant:

  • Customer service; delivering high levels of service to both our clients and candidates alike.
  • Leading on Inductions for new intakes of staff
  • Completing reports and management information for both internal stakeholders and also external with the client
  • Managing a the onboarding and of candidates from recruitment to payroll
  • Candidate attraction; recruiting, interviewing and assessing candidates to match with job roles.
  • Maintaining client and candidate records; adhering to quality procedures and legislation, ensuring a compliant service.

The successful candidate:

  • Driven, determined and self-motivated
  • Extremely good administration skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop relationships
  • Previous experience within a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, able to listen actively
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, managing priorities to achieve specific deadlines
  • Good standard of general education including Mathematics and English Language
  • Applicants applying must hold full driving licence and have own transport to attend business meeting
