What you’ll be doing as a Car Sales Executive
- Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to handover
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and attending manufacturer training
- Prospecting, following up enquiries, and managing your customer database
- Recommending suitable add‑on products based on customer needs
- Delivering a first‑class customer experience that drives repeat business
- Working closely with aftersales and management to ensure smooth operations
- Experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer or large used‑car operation)
- Strong stability in previous roles
- Ability to work to combined targets (8 used + 4 new per month)
- Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational and follow‑up skills
- A positive, team‑focused attitude
Working hours
- 45‑hour week
- Always a 5‑day working week
