Car Sales Executive – Eastbourne

Salary: OTE £45,000 – £55,000
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: Full-time, including weekends (rota)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing site, offering strong earning potential and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling new and used vehicles in line with monthly targets and KPIs
  • Building strong relationships with customers from initial enquiry through to handover
  • Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and finance options
  • Maximising opportunities on finance, insurance, warranties, and add-on products
  • Accurately completing sales documentation and maintaining CRM records
  • Ensuring FCA compliance and following dealership processes at all times
  • Managing your own pipeline and following up enquiries effectively
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous Car Sales Executive experience preferred (open to strong retail backgrounds)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to close deals
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence required
