We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership in Aldershot. This is an excellent Car Sales Executive opportunity for motivated automotive professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking to advance their career within the motor trade.

The Car Sales Executive role offers uncapped earning potential, comprehensive training, and a professional working environment.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate and showcase vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and provide detailed information to facilitate purchase decisions
  • Negotiate sales and work towards achieving monthly targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to contribute to dealership success
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Approachable, enthusiastic, and confident demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of showroom experience is desirable
