Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Bristol, is seeking an experienced New/Used Car Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a superb opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a sales department within a dealership that offers a diverse product range and a focus on innovative electric vehicle models. The successful individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, motivating staff, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Duties of a Car Sales Manager:
  • Lead, support, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed departmental targets and KPIs

  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to develop targeted sales strategies

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, leading by example to uphold the dealership’s reputation
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in electric vehicle technology and product offerings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant dealership and automotive industry regulations
Requirements of a Car Sales Manager:
  • Proven experience at a Car Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved car dealership
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to develop innovative sales strategies based on market insights
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude and the desire to progress within a recognised automotive brand
