About the Role
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support individuals within the community across Essex. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by helping people maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
- Assisting with medication (where required)
- Supporting clients with mobility and companionship
- Traveling between clients’ homes within the community
- Maintaining accurate care records
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care role
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel within the community
- A caring, patient, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
