We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join a warm and welcoming residential home supporting individuals with complex needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive environment where person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

Shift patterns available:

• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Evening shifts

Flexible full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Supporting individuals with complex needs in daily activities
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Working as part of a caring and professional team

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• A caring, patient, and reliable nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
