The Job and duties of Caretaker

• Undertaking minor repairs
• Keeping communal areas clean and tidy
• Reporting larger repairs 
• Taking meter readings for tenants 

Caretakers must be experienced 

Requirements for Caretaker.:

• Proven experience as a Caretaker
