As a Carpenter Multi, you will be:
• Carrying out responsive repairs within occupied and void properties
• Completing a wide range of carpentry repairs including doors, locks, skirting, architraves, and kitchen repairs
• Undertaking basic plumbing repairs where required
• Completing patch plastering and decorating works
• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across domestic properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous experience working as a Carpenter Multi or Multi Trade Operative
• Strong carpentry skills with experience in reactive repairs
• Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
• A full UK driving licence
This Carpenter Multi role is offering the following benefits:
• £22 per hour
• Company van provided
• Fuel card supplied
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Working hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Long-term contract opportunity
• Temp-to-perm opportunity available
• Permanent salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per year available upon successful completion of the contract period
This role is offering £22 per hour with the opportunity to move into a permanent Carpenter Multi position paying between £38,000 and £40,000 per year.

Based in Basingstoke, this role offers excellent access to surrounding areas via the M3, A33, and A339. With a company van and fuel card provided, travelling between properties is straightforward, allowing you to
efficiently complete repairs throughout the local area.
