Carpenter

Orbit Workforce Solutions are recruiting for an experienced carpenter to join an ongoing project in Bristol. 

Job Spec

• Carry out second-fix carpentry works to a high standard.
• Hang, fit, and adjust internal and external doors.
• Install ironmongery, including hinges, locks, handles, and closers.
• Fit skirting boards, architraves, window boards, and other finishing joinery.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with project requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS Card.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in second-fix carpentry.
• Proven experience in door hanging and finishing carpentry works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
