🕗 Morning & Day Shifts
We are looking for a Customer Assistant / Catering Assistant to provide temporary cover at a site on the outskirts of Workington during May 2026.
This role is ideal for someone with previous customer service or catering experience who is reliable, friendly, and happy to work early shifts.
Shift Dates & Times
- Saturday 2nd May & Sunday 3rd May - 7:00am to 12:00pm
- Monday 4th May to Friday 8th May - 7:00am to 2:30pm
- Saturday 9th May & Sunday 10th May - 7:00am to 12:00pm
- Saturday 16th May & Sunday 17th May - 7:00am to 12:00pm
- Saturday 23rd May & Sunday 24th May - 7:00am to 12:00pm
Key Duties
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with food and drink preparation
- Basic catering duties including cleaning and tidying work areas
- Handling payments where required
- Following food hygiene and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service or catering experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work early mornings
- Food hygiene certificate desirable but not essential
