Are you a skilled CDP‑level chef with a passion for fresh, high‑quality food and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments? We’re looking for a talented Contract Catering Chef to join our growing team, delivering exceptional service across a variety of catering sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and cooking fresh, nutritious meals aligned with set menus and dietary requirements
• Upholding excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation
• Supporting daily kitchen operations, including prep work, stock control, and efficient service delivery
• Working collaboratively with both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service
• Adapting confidently to different kitchen environments, client expectations, and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract catering, hospitality, or large‑scale food service
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure
• Solid understanding of allergen management and dietary compliance
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to varying shift patterns
