Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Central Vetting Coordinator to join their fast-paced Central Vetting team.
This role plays a crucial part in delivering first-class administration, maintaining compliance, and supporting Managers and Employees through accurate vetting processes. You will act as a trusted partner, confidently handling data and documentation while ensuring all work meets internal governance and statutory standards.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy, process‑driven environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional accuracy. The successful candidate will be confident using Excel, knowledgeable about UK Right to Work requirements, and comfortable working with high volumes of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and manage multiple Excel trackers to support vetting workflows.
- Check, verify, and process documentation for DBS, IID, licensing, and compliance checks.
- Transfer data accurately into vetting systems, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
- Manage the Experian Right to Work portal and app, including access, monitoring, and compliance.
- Follow up on time‑limited Right to Work checks and support Managers with related queries.
- Maintain Employee Personnel Files and vetting databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Save, store, and organise documents using Outlook, Teams, and internal systems.
- Monitor and process vetting renewals in line with customer and statutory requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- IT proficient, including Excel and PowerPoint; confident working with data.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to support the wider team.
- Awareness of UK Right to Work requirements.
- Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests.
