Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm | 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am – 4:00pm (Day off in the week when working Saturdays)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager to join a successful and growing automotive fast-fit business in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader from an automotive, fast-fit, tyre, or service centre background to take full responsibility for a busy and high-performing site. You'll be responsible for driving sales, leading a successful team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.

Centre Manager responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of 12 employees, including 10 productive staff
- Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities
- Managing the daily operation and running of the depot
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards
- Training, coaching, and developing team members to maximise performance
- Maximising customer conversion rates through effective sales processes and call-back procedures
- Managing stock control systems and ensuring stock accuracy
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked, booked in, and stored correctly on the day of arrival
- Maintaining the security of the site, stock, assets, customer information, and cash takings
- Monitoring centre profitability and controlling operational costs
- Ensuring equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced for safe operation
- Maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Reviewing performance metrics and implementing continuous improvements
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Workshop Manager within an automotive or fast-fit environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Good technical and mechanical knowledge
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong organisational and stock management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
