Centre Manager

We are recruiting for a Centre Manager to work for our client who are in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.  

THE DUTIES:

  • Managing and motivating the team, driving the teams’ sales and providing training to the team when necessary
  • Leading the operation and daily running of the depot
  • Maintain accurate stock records and processes and make available for audit in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure that equipment and machinery is maintained and serviced routinely to allow safe operation.
  • Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have proven success as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the Automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • A good understanding of car technology
  • Ability to manage workloads, priorities, and meet KPIs
  • Full UK driving licence

THE HOURS:

This is a Perm position.

Monday – Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am – 1pm – Alternating.  

THE PAY:

You will earn an annual rate between £32k - £38k per annum.
