Change & Transition Lead – Salesforce Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Change & Transition Lead to drive business adoption and operational readiness across a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme within a regulated environment.

This role will lead the people, process, and operational change activities supporting enterprise transformation, ensuring successful adoption of new customer and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change and transition strategy
• Drive operational readiness and business adoption
• Deliver stakeholder engagement across Digital, Product, Operations, and Change teams
• Manage communications, training, governance, and readiness activities
• Support Agile and iterative delivery cycles
• Track adoption, benefits realisation, and change impact
• Ensure smooth transition into live operational environments

Required Experience

• Proven experience in change management, business readiness, or transformation delivery
• Strong background in Salesforce transformation or enterprise CRM programmes
• Experience within utilities, energy, telecoms, infrastructure, or other regulated sectors
• Expertise in stakeholder management and operational transition
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments
• Experience delivering customer-centric transformation programmes

Desirable

• Salesforce platform transformation experience
• Utilities or water industry exposure
• Benefits realisation and change impact assessment
• Prosci or change management certification
