Job Overview

We are seeking a Change Control Manager to play a key role within the Technical Services function, supporting and delivering a consistent control and assurance process across the regional portfolio. This role ensures all work activity is captured, assessed and fully documented prior to works commencing, maintaining governance and compliance at all times.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can act as the central interface between project works, portfolio services infrastructure and key stakeholders. The role supports project implementation, documentation and handover, while providing assurance through robust Change Control and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and triage Change Control submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Assess RAMS, drawings and supporting documentation to identify risks and gaps
  • Ensure all works follow agreed governance, standards and approval processes
  • Lead and coordinate Change Control and CAB meetings and related communications
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Monitor, track and report on Change Control activity and progress
  • Conduct system and on-site audits to ensure compliance
  • Investigate breaches, escalate issues where required and support effective resolution

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of building services, including mechanical, electrical and life safety systems
  • Sound understanding of risk management and safe systems of work, including RAMS
  • Experience managing projects or Change Control processes end-to-end
  • High attention to detail when reviewing technical and compliance documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to enforce governance and appropriately challenge non-compliance
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and dashboards or systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Good safety awareness and understanding of compliance requirements

Additional Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence, with occasional travel required
