Key Responsibilities for a Charge Nurse
• Lead and coordinate nursing care within the neurological unit.
• Support, supervise, and guide nurses and healthcare staff across the service.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care.
About You
• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Strong experience within neurological or complex respiratory care at Senior Nurse, Ward Sister or Charge Nurse level.
• Competent in tracheostomy, ventilator, PEG, catheter, and complex clinical care.
