Are you an experienced Charity Partnerships Manager or Account Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading events organisation and play a key role in supporting and growing relationships with charity partners across a major UK event portfolio.
You’ll work with a wide range of national and local charities, helping them maximise fundraising opportunities and ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout the event cycle.
The Role
As Charity Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for high‑tier charity partners. You’ll manage partnership delivery, oversee onboarding, coordinate promotional activity, and support charities in achieving their fundraising goals.
You’ll also take a lead role in planning and delivering the Charity Village at large‑scale events a key part of the charity experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day Account Management of high‑tier charity partners
- Deliver all agreed promotional and advertising activity (digital, on‑course, email etc.)
- Produce the annual charity partnership prospectus
- Work with Commercial teams to develop new charity partnerships
- Identify creative fundraising and promotional opportunities
- Onboard new charity partners and support them with systems and deadlines
- Liaise with digital fundraising partners to maximise online fundraising integrations
- Oversee charity set‑up on event entry platforms
- Manage charity package allocations and clearing processes
- Produce quarterly reporting on entry redemption and package usage
- Create and distribute annual charity evaluation surveys
- Measure partnership success through feedback and performance data
Event Delivery
- Lead planning and delivery of the Charity Village at major events
- Coordinate charity requirements and event‑day logistics
- Work with internal teams on layout, branding and infrastructure
- Act as the key point of contact for charities on event day
- Manage post‑event communication and feedback reporting
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Proven Account Management experience with multiple partners or stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Financial and analytical capability (including strong Excel skills)
- Understanding of charity fundraising models and commercial drivers
- Experience in project or event management
- Confidence using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
