Are you an experienced Chef de Partie available for immediate work?

We're urgently looking for reliable, skilled chefs to support a busy coastal hotel kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who enjoy flexibility, consistent hours, and fast-paced service.



The Role:

  • Working on a designated section in a busy kitchen
  • Supporting restaurant service, events, and banqueting
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Working efficiently during high-volume service periods


Shift Pattern:

  • 10:00 - 22:00 shifts (with breaks)
  • Ongoing temporary work
  • Immediate start available
  • Flexible rotas - ideal for chefs between roles or seeking extra work


What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Own chef whites/knife set preferred
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene (or willingness to obtain)
