Are you an experienced Chef de Partie available for immediate work?
We're urgently looking for reliable, skilled chefs to support a busy coastal hotel kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who enjoy flexibility, consistent hours, and fast-paced service.
The Role:
- Working on a designated section in a busy kitchen
- Supporting restaurant service, events, and banqueting
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Working efficiently during high-volume service periods
Shift Pattern:
- 10:00 - 22:00 shifts (with breaks)
- Ongoing temporary work
- Immediate start available
- Flexible rotas - ideal for chefs between roles or seeking extra work
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Own chef whites/knife set preferred
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (or willingness to obtain)
