The Client
Our client are a group of 12 Golf and Leisure Clubs and currently have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Chef de Partie as a significant member of their kitchen team for their large property in Woking - benefiting from an on site gym, function suite for up to 120, driving range and mini golf in addition to 3 pay and play golf courses. The client takes in the region of £20k a week on food and are looking for an experienced chef happy to work in a busy service environment to be able to continue to drive the club forward. 

Responsibilities:
Within your role as Chef de Partie you will be working with at team of 9 in the team.
 Working alongside the Head Chef you will produce fresh high quality menus whilst maintaining excellent food quality.

Hours

5/7 days - 40 hrs a week. 
The kitchen is open from 8am - 8pm daily and typical shifts will be 0700- 1600hrs or 11.30-8pm daily.
