Key Responsibilities:
As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:
- Preparing food to a consistently high standard

What we're looking for:
The ideal Chef de Partie will have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
- Experience with American-style cooking
- Confidence working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
