The role:
- Private school kitchen in Leatherhead
- Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 14:00/15:00
- Contract catering with ongoing bookings
Key Duties:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for students and staff
- Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff when required
- Ensure stock is managed effectively and kitchen equipment is well maintained
