Chef

We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Chef to join the kitchen team at the Prince of Wales in Kenfig. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team in a busy and well-established pub.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with food preparation, stock control, and minimising waste
• Following menus and recipes while working efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience 
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
