Chemistry Teacher / Physics Teacher (Secondary Science Teacher)
What You'll Be Doing
- Teach Chemistry and/or Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to explore and question the world around them
- Deliver high-quality lessons that combine practical investigation with scientific theory and application
- Use effective assessment and feedback to support progress and achievement for all learners.
Contribute to the continued development of an ambitious and knowledge-rich Science curriculum - Play an active role in the wider school community through enrichment, clubs, and collaborative planning
We're looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT with a strong subject background in Chemistry and/or Physics
- Is passionate about engaging young people in the sciences and fostering critical, independent thinking
- Has excellent classroom management and a reflective, research-informed approach to teaching
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to a supportive team culture
