Child And Family Worker

We are looking for a Child and Family Worker to support one of our clients, working directly with children and families to provide practical support and safe, high?quality contact supervision. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in children's services and a passion for helping families achieve positive outcomes.

You will work with families facing a range of challenges, offering structured support, supervising Family Time sessions, and ensuring children remain safe, supported, and able to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Family Time sessions to ensure safe and positive contact.
• Provide direct support to children and families in community or home settings.
• Build professional relationships with parents, carers, and young people.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with children and families in a social care or related setting.
• Desirable experience in Family Time/contact supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle or suitable mobility support.

Contract Length: 3 months with a view to extend to an ongoing contract.
Pay Rate: £16.08
Working pattern - 37 hours per week.
