Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:

  • Care proceedings
  • Adoption
  • Legal Aid applications
  • Applications for secure accommodation
  • Public law outline matters (PLO)
  • Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
  • Attending court to conduct advocacy
  • Revoking placement orders
The Childcare Lawyer Candidate:

  • Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
  • Shows a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT Proficient
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
