Children Residential Support worker

Residential Support Worker (Level 3 or Working Towards)
Day & Night Shifts Available

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join a specialist residential setting supporting children and young people with additional and complex needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or are actively working towards it) and are passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support in a residential setting
• Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
• Support with daily routines, activities, and education
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Experience supporting children or young people, ideally with additional needs
• A caring, patient, and resilient approach
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends
