As Children’s Homes Manager, you will:
- Lead the registration and opening of the new home
- Recruit, develop, and manage the staff team
- Deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people
- Ensure full regulatory compliance
- Manage budgets, staffing, occupancy, and performance
- Promote a strong culture of safeguarding and continuous improvement
- Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready for promotion
- Ideally experienced in opening and registering new children's homes
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience within children's residential leadership
- Good or Outstanding Ofsted track record
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification completed or in progress
- Ability to work independently and lead a stand-alone service
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to attend management meetings and interviews at the Head Office in Pontefract
