Chiller Service Engineer – Large National Facilities Support Services company with national teams of deadicated AC / HVAC / Chiller / Refrigeration Service Engineers

Location – North London / Enfield / Barnet / Haringey / North M25 / North Circular / Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire / Essex

Benefits – £52k - £56k per year with £4k bonus and door 2 door travel, 40hrs + overtime if desired, choice of car or van avaiable, up to 11% pension contribution (depends on time served), up to 27 days + bank holidays, private health and medical.

The Role

A leading national facilities support services company seeks an experienced Chiller Service and Maintenance Engineer to add to their Air Conditioning, HVAC and Refrigeration Service Team. You will be focused on commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and emergency fault find and fix call outs on large commercial and process projects working on water cooled chillers from all the main chiller manufacturers.

Experience Required

You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing water cooled chiller systems. Ideally you will be highly capable at fault find and fix. F-Gas 2079, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications and manufacturer training would be an advantage especially NVQ level 2 or level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning . Great teamwork and communication skills are also important both from a client facing perspective and internal regional team co-operation to service contracts and resolve fault find and fix call outs both quickly and effectively. If you have worked your way up on the tools as an apprentice and are highly knowledgeable with or without Level 2 or Level 3 AC and refrigeration certifications then please still apply.

The company is one of the largest M&E service providers nationally and due to growth of the companies national contracts they are looking to add to their London chiller service team. Their air conditioning, HVAC, refrigeration and Chiller Engineers all have extensive and advanced knowledge on servicing large commercial HVAC and chilled water systems from the top air conditioning and chiller manufacturers and their Service Engineers are highly skilled at advanced fault finding and fixing on chilled-water chillers.

The Package

Initial indications are a yearly remuneration package from £52,000 to £56,000 with quarterly paid £4k total bonus, door to door travel, 40 hrs per week, overtime a company van or a car will be provided along with up to 11% pension contribution, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, up to 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
