CIS Fire Door Carpenters Required – Subcontractor Position

Location: Bristol & Surrounding Areas

Contract Type: Self-Employed Subcontractor (CIS)

Rate: £200–£250 per day (depending on experience)

Additional Earnings: Price work available

We are looking for experienced CIS Fire Door Carpenters to work on a self-employed subcontractor basis across Bristol and the surrounding areas. This is an ongoing subcontractor opportunity with consistent work available for reliable and skilled operatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and remediation of fire doors.
• Carrying out fire door upgrades in line with current regulations.
• Completing work to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation where required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with fire door installation and remedial works.
• CIS registration and UTR number.
• Own van, tools, and PPE.
• Public liability insurance preferred.
• CSCS card preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
