Civils Operatives Required – Fawley Refinery (Long-Term Work)

We are currently recruiting for multiple civils roles on a long-term project at Fawley Refinery.

This is a great opportunity to secure a minimum 1 year of consistent work on a major site.

Available Roles & Rates

• NRSWA Streetworks Operative – £20.00 PAYE / £24.00 CIS
• Slinger – £20.00 PAYE / £24.00 CIS
• Banksman / Vehicle Marshal – £16.50 PAYE / £21.39 Umbrella
• Skilled Groundworker – £20.00 PAYE / £24.00 CIS
• Groundworker – £18.50 PAYE / £22.00 CIS/Umbrella

Project Details

• Duration: 12 months
• Hours: 9.5 hours per day (07:00 – 17:00)
• Location: Fawley, Hampshire

Requirements

Between the team, candidates must hold:

• First Aid
• SSSTS (for supervisory-level roles)
• Slinger/Signaller
• CPCS Traffic Marshal / Banksman
• CAT & Genny
• Safe Dig Training (EUSR Cat 1 or 2 / IOSH equivalent)
• 9T Forward Tipping Dumper

Experience Required

• Earthworks
• Drainage
• Foundations
• Working on busy or high-risk construction sites

All candidates must:

• Hold a valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card (as relevant)
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Be able to work within strict health & safety environments
